My Intercom is a mobile application that enables users to communicate with their visitors using their smartphones or tablets. With the ability to connect to either WiFi or 4G networks, users can effortlessly receive video calls.

• Access Requests

• Even when away from home, users can now engage in conversations with their visitors. They have the option to decide whether or not to grant access to their property. The process is straightforward and highly efficient.

• Device Management

• Users have the freedom to add multiple devices for accessing the app and opening doors. Moreover, if they replace their phone, there's no need to worry as they can easily add or remove devices connected to video calls.

• Call History

• This feature provides users with access to their video call history, offering them the opportunity to review past interactions and address any concerns that may arise.

• Installation

• Prior to installing the app, users must ensure they are eligible for its usage. My Intercom is part of the Intratone product range, so it's important to confirm that your landlord, property manager, or owner provides this service.

Additionally, please be aware that certain flip cases or covers (e.g., S-view) that enable the viewing of a smartphone screen through an area or transparency feature may obstruct calls and render them incompatible. If you encounter any malfunctions, it is recommended to consult the smartphone manufacturer.
